Unfortunately the summer of 2024 was rainy and their solution had made matters much worse with puddles now forming over the area of concern which had never happened before. They ignored my calls and emails to remediate the problem. It took me months to hear back and when I did, they wanted to charge $7000 to fix their mistake! This now was in the spring of 2025. When I responded that it would be reasonable for me to pay for the materials, but nothing more, I never heard from them again, despite me sending numerous emails, texts and leaving voicemails. I could not in good conscience recommend this company.
