I spoke with a man named Mr. Ball from Credit Glory and he promised me that the negative mark would be removed in around 30 days with a one time payment which never happened. 3 months later I found out that he charged me several times on my credit card and the negative mark was never removed. I spoke with a manager and they said that they would not be refunding me the money. In the end I never got my money back and the negative credit was never removed. I encourage you to stay away from this company for it's a huge scam.
