I give this doctor's office four stars because it is a good "one stop medical shop" in Zurich, with…read morepretty good service from each doctor I've been to, and also from the receptionists. They have doctors specializing in family medicine, dermatology, gynecology, physical therapy, etc. I find their family medicine and dermatology services to be pretty good. I have seen great progress in my skin from seeing the dermatologist here to which many others didn't really take their time out to properly diagnose my allergies. They even have Saturday hours - a plus for Zurich! If your usual family doctor is not in, they will try their best to find another family doctor within this practice (there are several), so you never really have to worry about not being able to see a good doctor in an emergency. The one strange thing is that you have to go through a whole "Sihlcity" shopping mall to get to this doctor's office. You have to take the elevator to the 3rd floor, and within this whole Sihlcity shopping mall there are a few restaurants/stores on the ground floor, supermarket/stores on the first floor, stores on the second floor, pet store/Media Markt (nearby the doctor's office) on the third floor and Credit Suisse offices on the fourth floor. Pretty strange mix especially if you are very ill, trying to discreetly walk through this shopping mall to see your doctor!

Awful place. My insurer sent me here and wrote a letter for the consultant. After waiting over an…read morehour I was told by the consultant that I should not have been directed here and that they could not see me. Why would you make me wait for over an hour to say that? The consultant was quite sarcastic and rude. I wish the receptionists were the consultants as they had a much better 'bedside manner'. I hope I never have to go back there again. The thought of it makes me feel ill :(

The girl at reception looked at me like I was an idiot, but today's mini-crisis was averted by downing a couple cups of water and then waiting until the end of my appointment to do the lab work. :P Like most foreigners, I had no clue how or where to choose a doctor when I arrived in Switzerland. So I went on https://en.comparis.ch/ and looked for the cheapest HMO, as I had previously had good experiences with Kaiser in California. That led me to this facility, which I've gone to a few times over the years for regular check-ups and some other treatments. I must say that the staff are quite attentive and professional, and it's been quite easy to get by without knowing German. All the doctors speak English, the receptionists do well enough, and the lab assistants are a hit-or-miss, but we usually can figure what's necessary between the broken English/German. The rooms are nice and modern, and I get quick turnaround in English when I email them directly with questions. I thought that HMOs usually employ the whomever-is-available-will-see-you policy, but I found that this clinic tries to always get me the same doctor that saw me last time, so there is consistency in the visits. If I need to fill a prescription, then I just walk around the corner to Zweier Apotheke at Schmiede Wiedikon to get my meds. Quick and conveniently located right off Bahnhof Wiedikon.

This is a partner medical centre of my insurance Swica. I chose this facility since its really…read moreclose to my house and has many types of doctors. I go to the general female Doctor Tobler. She is nice and when ever I have anything always available and she has also referred me to other specilist if I needed them. I suffer from Migraines so she also recommended to try Acipuncture with Dr. Naterop-Perroud. Since this treament is covered by my insrance i decided to give it a try and after 9 session I'm very happy with it. It does help me relax and also helps my stiff neck and my headaches. Putting the needless on is not the best of feelings, but after you have 20 mins if relaxing before they are taken out. I normally have a power nap during the session, so really relaxing i must say. Pitty that i can only have 12 seasion a year, but is better then nothing. I don't know if the doctors here speak english, since I speak german, but since there are so many doctors, I do think you can find one that does. I give this centre 4 points, just because they are sometimes delayed (Dr. Naterop that is) and I just don't like waiting for an appointment, specially here in Switzerland where everything is so punctual ;)
