This was an easy mistake and they only charged for the zip repair. So we gave them another chance and didn't leave any review. But 2nd time around, We took a pair of shorts to repair that had a hole and a vest to repair. The vest was repaired but the shorts wasn't and had two additional holes that they said was because the material was thin. Then proceeded to charge to fix the holes they made and the original hole that wasn't touched. Nope, not doing that! They were decent about refunding the deposit that my partner made. He did it without thinking of just how ridiculous it was. I went elsewhere and got all the holes fixed for 1/2 the price. We drove 10 mins away for better service.

He said "the driver, Mike" will call to arrange pick up. He called a few minutes later, I told him to knock/ring and I'll get him the bags. I brought two of the three bags out and popped back inside to grab a third. When I came back, the bags were gone. No knock/ring or "hey, can I take these?" Nothing, just gone. Then 2 minutes later I get a text from some other named laundry company, telling me I have to Venmo or Zelle him $48. WHAT???? He hadn't even had time to weigh the bags. I had spoken on the phone to TWO men. They said nothing of any of this. They were changing the terms of the agreement. I called Elio on the store phone line, or so I thought. He then told me he sold the company to Mike the driver, and deal with him. He said that he is just doing the laundry work for Mike, but it's Mike's company now. Then he told me he isn't in the store, or even in the state. I tell him I don't like deal being changed, and I don't have their payment methods, and to just bring the bags back. He told me I will have to PAY THEIR MINIMUM, $25 to get my clothing back!!!!! When I objected, he started mouthing off to me. I hung up and called the local Police, who sent a car over. They took care of it. The infractions were clear: - They took the bags without notice (not even all the bags I had) - They changed the agreement after the fact. - They tried to create an illegal bailment with my property.
