Used to do my laundry here. I live 2 blocks away. Stopped in to use the restroom, stupid lady told my I have to start my laundry first before I can use the restroom. I had my clothes in the car I was about to bring them in but really needed to use the restroom first. Btw I'm a clean cut business guy. Clearly not a homeless junkie. But the lady turned me away and wouldn't let me in the restroom. So, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Sucks for the owners of this place who are wanting to make money. And this idiot lady lost them a customer. And got them a bad review. Oh well. read more

This is such a nice laundromat! It's huge with state of the art washer and dryers and you never have to worry about it being too crowded. Lots of cute fall decorations right now and nice lighting. There are seats and laundry folding stations throughout as well as vending machines with snacks and laundry supplies. The best part is the app which uses Apple Pay and you can avoid having to hunt down quarters. Although the machines accept quarters if you prefer that method. There are also some great deals here. Tuesday has 40lb washers for $3 (that's for a cold wash, it's a few cents more for warm or hot) and Wednesday is $1 washing for 20lb machines. My only complaint is the staff member who was working. She was kind of short with all of the customers, so don't expect a warm welcome lol. read more

The owner was very rude and hateful towards me,I got to the place at 8:40, according to her the price of the washers double from $10 to $20, the place closes at 10:00 pm, if a person can get their clothes washed and laundry done before they close there shouldn't be any pproblem if a person puts their clothes at 8:40-8:45, the owner needs to learn better communication skills, and to top things off after I ended up paying $60 for 3 loads of laundry they tried kicking us out early!!! I travel for work, I have been to every laundry lounge (4) in Colorado Springs. I finally settled on this one as it was best by process of elimination. I just met the manager, where she made me walk back out to my truck to get the ticket number (never happened before but was told they do it on all orders) very combative while reminding me it's for my safety. Made me mad enough I inquired as to a missing work shirt, asked her to check my weight in and weigh out, she told me it doesn't weigh enough to make a difference. ($70) She wanted to know who was working when I dropped my laundry off, told her it was the kids that work there with their nose buried in their phones. This place is a joke, the manager is clearly covering or still engaging, has an ego trip for being the manager. When I asked for her bosses name I was told immediately that he's not in the country and she is it, no one else to talk to. If this is your business you may want to go save it, maybe just do away with the wash and fold, clearly it's rocket science and far to difficult to achieve. The last few times I've been here this place is filthy. They don't take the time to clean it like they used to. I'm gonna have to find another place. It's like the teenagers here that work here. They just sit behind the desk with their phones all day waiting for people and their drop off service they don't clean anything. all the windows in this place are filthy. All the machines the floor is disgusting. They need to make a broom to it and a mop to it. There's coffee/soda spills all over it's sticky I just can't even believe what this place is turned to !only reason why I come here is because it's closer to my house, but I'm willing to drive the extra mile.!! My first time to this location. I can't use my laundry lounge member card here, huge bummer, however.... they have an app that allows me to pay and see the status of my laundry to jnxlude get notifications when its time to add bleach or when the load is xomplete! Uh... YES! My only hang up is they have blocked off ALL folding tables. Makes zero sense! Why not every other just as you have done for the seating??? Or perhaps spacing the tables apart and locking the wheels??? Instead I'm left with 5 large loads of laundry with nowhere to fold them!!! This actually has me fuming!
