If I could give a zero I would. My daughter went to self serve her laundry and she called me upset that after drying her clothes, there were chocolate spots all over her work clothes. I went to the laundry mat, to see what was going on and pick up my laundry which I dropped off in the morning. I went to the lady that works there and was asked if my daughter read the signs as they are not responsible. First, my daughter doesn't eat chocolate. Secondly, there wasn't a wrapper in the machine and it is not my daughters responsibility to inspect the little holes, the few thousand there are in the machine for chocolate residue. The lady called Ivy, the owner, the one that wears high heeled wedding shoes and dresses to work in a laundry mat. Ivy was not customer service friendly. I am calling every town, state, and federal agency there is to see if this business is on the up and up. I had to beg to use their SHOUT to get the stains out. They finally said my daughter could use their machine, prepay for free. They should've washed her clothes. No wonder why it has 1 star reviews. Last, they use cheap detergent and your clothes smell like mildew, unless you pay extra for fabric softener. Go to Hewlett for drop off service, its worth the few extra miles in gas. read more

Needed a new laundry place so decided to come here the place is pretty small but I've notice the machines and clean and up update I used the washer and noticed no soap coming down on all 4 machines that I used told the worker and the response was "maybe the clothes are really dirty" the dryers are pretty good dried my clothing so the dryers did what it was suppose to do read more

Usually do my own laundry but my machine was broken so I dropped my things here price was good but i definitely don't thing the used any soap every little mark was still on my shirt and pants I was so annoyed had to re wash all my cloths such a waste for time and money definitely do not recommend this place at all maybe if your washing your clothes yourself but if your having them do it def not read more
