Unfortunately the etransfer went through already and they refused to give me back a full refund. I suppose the owner wanted to take advantage of the situation and make a quick buck. Instead, they offered a nearly $200 store credit and the rest would be refunded. I understand they may have started the order, but $200 worth in a time span of 15 min. is insane. I didn't fight them on it though. I had to physically come into the store to get my refund because they refused to settle the refund without my auto deposit being set up and they never returned my calls. Still have yet to get any contact back from the manager regarding my store credit. What is sad is that ive gone to this location for years, but this service was incredibly rude. Very poor customer service, so after the store credit (whenever they actually give it to me), I wont be bringing my money to this location. I have Jamaican roots, and its sad that I already knew what kind of service I was in for when I had to cancel the order. As Jamaicans, we have to do better. What could have been a situation that was rectified quickly and you had a continued customer, has now turned into loss of service and a bad review.

We can choose any toppings but me and my mom decided to go with seasoned salt only. We took it home. I have to say....i ended up finishing mine and mom's corn hahaha! The sweet tea was topped with lemon - refreshing and perfect! Such a short experience i went but so memorable, love it hehe!

Strange was that it was served with kimchi, corn and some green drizzled on top was spicy mayo sauce. So I felt like it had a bit of Japanese, Jamican and a bit of Korean. I don't think the flavor went well together. They were somewhat skimpy on the jerk chicken. I was told by a colleague that their fusion tacos (instead of tortilla, they used roti) are really good.
