By 8:40 I asked the receptionist when I would be seeing the doctor. She stated my appointment was scheduled for 9:30, but "he" was running early so they would be taking me back early. I specifically requested a FEMALE provider numerous times when making the appointment. And was told my appointment was at 8 AM! How can you provide an incorrect time, and ignore provider preference? He has given me excellent referrals to a urologist, neurologist, and dermatologist. His office has such an uplifting, happy atmosphere that I feel better just walking in the door. I'm pretty sure they would have closed up shop for the night and locked me and my child inside had I not finally spoken up and asked why we had not yet been seen by the good doctor. Finally got in, no apologies and nothing but attitude and anger at me because they had made a mistake. Folsom is lucky to have such a neurotic and angry "doctor" far and away from patients.
