I would not have had this experience with the hospital. She amazed me during my delivery. She handled any issue that came up quickly and with ease. I had no complications because of this. I also loved the postpartum massage that you get several days after giving birth. It felt amazing! She treated my daughters jaundice quickly, and set us up with a bili blanket so she could be treated at home. Even a year later, I contacted her after moving to NY for some post breast feeding issues. She was happy to answer my questions and give me advice! I am so glad I chose to have my baby delivered by her. If I lived closer I would have the rest of my future babies delivered by her! I had such an amazing experience! After being called back, the nurse quickly asked about new medications and then left, leaving me in the room for another 15 minutes. When Dr. Bailey finally came in, I felt that he was rushed and that there was no real conversation or collaborative discussion. He made assumptions about my plans and, when I expressed a different approach, his response felt condescending and dismissive. Rather than engaging in a discussion about options, he immediately suggested transferring me to maternal fetal medicine, which made me feel that my concerns were not heard or valued. Additionally, I was excited to hear my baby's heartbeat for the first time in 16 weeks, but before I could finish sharing this, Dr. Bailey interrupted and expressed doubt that it would be heard again. The heartbeat was heard immediately upon using the Doppler, which made the earlier comment feel unnecessary and discouraging. Overall, the appointment felt rushed, dismissive, and not patient-centered. Based on this experience, I am not interested in returning to this practice.

The prenatal educator, Teresa, was very kind and walked us through all the info we needed. We even received a copy of a children's book, "Goodnight Greenville", written by a Prisma doctor! I cried a bit :) We were walked through the entire process and all the procedures they would be conducting during the visit. We were given a full packet detailing all upcoming appointments and tests, so nothing takes us by surprise. I am a bit of a fainter, so the phlebotomist made accommodations to have me in an exam room to lie down during blood work. The office, like all Prisma locations, uses MyChart, which makes appointment scheduling/test results, etc. super easy and accessible to all Prisma providers. Only downsides: The office isn't super fancy, it feels a little sparse/old. We ended up waiting about 15-20 minutes between each procedure/meeting, to a grand total of 2.5 hours for the initial prenatal visit. I'd recommend the team at Greenville Ob/Gyn to any mommas-to-be looking for their care team!

This was incredibly frustrating, as there is only one clinic in Greenville that provides abortion services. If you're considering this clinic, I strongly advise you to think again. Instead, drive the extra distance to the women's clinic in Charlotte, where the environment is far more professional and respectful. Don't waste your time here!

She was very informative as well as explaining the procedures that are available for me. I was also sent home with reading information, and she told me to write down any questions or concerns to talk to her about. Dr. Rinko made me feel so much better after a visit that was in no way fun, but was a necessity. I would recommend her. Was seen for a complete uterus prolapse.
