As a very respected firm here they have takrb care if the title search and all related filings plus they provide the important insurance we require for ourbpeacrle if mind. We have title insurancrez as a buyer, because without it we could be exposed to hidden or undisclosed errors in the public records, or mistakes in examination of the title. Without this important title insurance we could potentially be held fully accountable for any prior liens, judgments or claims brought against our new property. The title policy, we received today insures that us that we will be defended at no cost against all covered claims up to the amount of the policy. So it's a big deal and they get it done. I have been working with Emsley for a couple of weeks via email and on the phone. Today I spent :30 minutes with her to close on our new property and she was very organized & made the process smooth, friendly & professional. Nicely done!
