Very bad service here. The lady seemed very put out and annoyed to have to cut hair. Which is weird because I would think they would welcome the business. Oh well plenty of other barbers in town to go to instead I guess. read more

I personally didn't get anything done here, but my hubby did, so I'll review for him ;) We stopped in on a sunny Saturday afternoon and we were the only ones there. Husband got a buzz cut ($14) and a shave ($16 or was it $14, oops I forget). Anyway, it was his first "real shave." It took a while, but a lot went into the perfect shave. My husband was really impressed with it and enjoyed the process. It was fascinating to watch. It's much more than just taking a razor over your face. It's an art really... Very cool. His haircut was also exactly as he liked it (wayyy better than the ones I give him). Really got nicely cleaned up AND they fixed his unruly eyebrows! Service was great! We are from Kirkland, but if we are in the area he'd love to return. Well worth it. read more

So my haircut is pretty simple. Mesthinks a 5 year old can do it. Its just a buzz cut with a #1 clip. How can you F# that up you ask? You can #1 not use the clip that every barber would seem to have. Wont go there again, what an experience. Went there as a walk in since the place i normally go to 5 deep and figured i'll check out other places in town since im farelly new in town. I was second in line and one other gentilman comming in behind me so i sat an waited. While looking around i noticed that 1) the shop is really dirty, it looks like they only sweep around the chairs they cut hair in. 2) the lounge has a tv and is set in the corner of the room where you cant see it from where you are sitting. But lets get to the service which is really important. There were two barbers in, and one was seemingly close to finishing up and since i was next in line i went to the restroom so that i wouldnt have to go in the middle of the cut. I came out a minute later and sat down just as the guy was getting of the chair and the barber point to the other guy who came in after me WTF and he didnt even sweep around the chair. Ok, sure ill wait for the other guy then. (sarcasm) So i wait for the other barber. My turn ( yay.., or maybe not) and again no.....sweeping lets walk threw othe peoples hair. So i tell him what i want half the length off and blended. So he start cutting, doesnt even wet my hair. Its bone dry ( im not sure when they stoppep dry hair cuts, but it must have been around the last time that place had a update) so yay me lots of little floting peaces of hair in my eyes, and face. Mean while the other barber steps out to smoke (must of had a couple, cuz boy was it a strong oder just walking back in). So he goes to and grabs the broom to sweep up his area (which should happen in between clients) then he interrupts my haircut and start sweeping around me and so the other barber has to be out-of-the-way and I'm sitting there with hair all over me and my face waiting for this guy to stop sweeping and talking to the other barber. So at this point I'm just ready to be done with my haircut. But the fun continues my barber continues to cut my hair and when he is done he starts with the straight razor and the fun continues my barber continues, he seems to do just fine on the back of my head, however when he gets to my ear he cuts me. At this point I'm just ready to go out the door. I didn't even look at my hair in the mirror I just gave him 20 bucks with tip of left. When I get home I take a good look in the mirror and WTF One side is lower than the other and I have long spots on the back of my head one side is lower than the other. So I rushed back over there, even though normally I wouldn't if I got a bad haircut and just go somewhere else the next time. This was terrible and was not going to walk around town with this bad of a haircut. So he fixed it but it's still a bad haircut. ( step on the side, not a good blend) Along with my whole experience I would not recommend this place maybe they were having an off day, maybe this is the way they practice their business. I think if this is the way it is, someone like Supercuts or chain needs to come in. Maybe your experience will be better but i wont ever go there again. read more

Walked in...asked for a fade....gentleman knew what it was and made my ugly mug more appealing when I look in the mirror. Highly recommend.

I shaved my head right after, the fade was that bad. Ive had plenty of bad fades before but this one was up there. uneven and looked like he didn't even try to blend it in. The other barber with the converse and tattoos did a good job with his client though. read more
