My husband's insurance covered 20 chiropractic appointments per year and he was told when those appointments were finished. So, he waited to make a new one. At no point was any piece of mail or phone call received from these people. Ater waiting and procrastinating, my husband called to make an appointment in Berea for himself and my daughter (McKee is shut down). It's a 30 minute drive and they arrived to a very nasty woman telling them they owed for a year's worth of service and would not be receiving treatment unless they paid $300. My husband should not have had a balance and my daughter had never been told about a copay. The fact that none of this could have been discussed via mail or phone in the year prior is ridiculous. We have no problem paying for service, but were never told what was owed. To be treated so poorly for their mistake was infuriating. We will not be back and i would not recommend these people to anyone while that awful woman, Michelle, is in that office.

Two Neurologists told me because of the discs & vertebrae involve, surgery wasn't an option until nothing else worked. I go every 2-3 weeks, usually 2, and the adjustments literally keep me moving, semi functioning and, as much as possible, out of constant and severe pain. No apology. No help in finding my medication. While I understand they are in the business of making money, I also think they should be in the business of taking care of customers. I'm unsure why a pharmacist would deny a diabetic their medication with no warning or further explanation than we "lose money." I do not recommend them, and I will never fill any other prescription there.
