When my son needed to relocate to Ocean County to attend a new school we looked long and hard and determined Red Bank, NJ would be ideal. Our first choice was the Grandville Towers. It had all the amenities you could ask for: modern Gym, spacious rooms with great closets, terrific kitchen, outdoor pool, private parking, and best of all (lol), it's across the street from a 24 hour WAWA! The apartment we waited for needed to undergo some structural updates so we had to wait a few months. The wait was worth it. And while we were on needles and pins about securing our place, Jason, the superintendent, was a constant source of calm and confidence. He asked us to be patient and we are glad we were. We moved in yesterday and the place was immaculate. It looked as though it had just been built. Jason and his crew were meticulous in preparing the apartment. But what was most important to us during the process was the consistent communication. Any question we had during our wait was answered promptly by text, email or phone call. The Grandville's website is very good and the application process was made easy by the many prompts and upload instructions. We are very happy our son has a new home in Red Bank and delighted that he gets to live in a well-managed place like Grandville Towers.

Let's face it, you can find a fantastic location but often when we do we must do our best to overlook significant flaws. This building is not brand new, nor would I say it is "fancy" in any way. It is however very well maintained and quite clean. The layouts of the apartments are both airy and spacious. More often than not the views (for the most part, on the higher floors, these being 4th floor through 10th) are spectacular. I can hear the train as I type this and it is not especially loud, just a comforting sound in a distance that can be seen, should be have a home facing west as I do. This "east siders" have a lovely view of the Navesink and when the sun shines upon it one can see milllions of diamonds upon the water coupled with quite a few beautiful boats. My fellow residents are a mature group. I would say most people are between 40 and 70 with the occasional "youthful" 30 something mixed in there:) You may occasionally hear your neighbor but not often. These are quite solid concrete walls. If I had to find something wrong with this residence I would say I wish there were a grocery store across the street. The Foodtown is only about one mile from here but we do have a Wawa convenience store directly across the street (and they have great coffee and are always so friendly!) I could go on and on. I am happy hear and hope that more nice people move in here. You can walk to the train and bus and plenty of lovely restaurants and pub style facilities. I think that I am rambling!

I have to take some of the thing's I have in my yard, A kid's chair, and a rocking horse!!! I have to do this because it keep's the lawn from being cut!! When they come I move them, but they don't cut the grass. They weed wake it. If you make the FAMILY mad the management will make trouble for you!! The pluming is not that good and they put me in and apartment I could not afford and section 8 knew it. For two years I payed almost half of my income on rent, just this year they lowered it so now I can live like I am human.

I myself caught several bad upper respiratory infection due to inhaling BLACK MOLD. finally after being taken to court for money that was paid through money order was stolen by one of their office staff i showed them pictures and expressed concern a week and 4 days later a maintenance guy shows up after i called the Head Manager and she puts in a request... maintenance shows up with bleach and rag to wipe what i wiped a week prior to him coming and the mold came right back meaning it was coming from the walls and he also took paint and cover a leak in the ceiling where the brown guck was leaking! Worst apartment complex ever horrible office staff besides a few they care nothing about our needs and not to add we lost our brand new car in the complex due to flooding not even a month after getting it we were never told it floods when it rains due to and ongoing sewage issue they have!

I LOVE IT HERE!!! I've been living here a year now so I have gone thru every season! Last winter,…read morethe snow was cleared before it stopped snowing! They did a great job including putting down plenty of salt! All walkways and driveways too! They would come out a few times, during and after each storm. In the summer, the pool was fabulous! Very relaxing and a great way to meet other occupants. The properties here are landscaped beautifully, the streets are well lit and all front door lights are automatic. I feel very safe. The clubhouse is gorgeous and I use the gym frequently. The management has sponsored a few get togethers and it's been fun with great food! All the people running the place are terrific...very accommodating whenever I had a question. I like all my neighbors and am very happy here. Room sizes are plenty for me. (I have a 2 BR, 2 Bath with a garage.) Enough storage for me too. My apt is beautiful and I am very comfortable. Love having a garage! I would highly recommend living here!!!

Both very unprofessional and discriminatory. If they dont like you they will discriminate your application and ask for multiple documents thats not required on the application to inundate you with the run around. A big apartment for the money but they are not quick to replace anything nor does it seem they care…read moreto. My front door has been falling off the hinges and I have been told "You're on the list for door replacement" for several years now. The windows and sliding glass door are ancient, nothing is energy efficient and the drafts during winter storms are ridiculous. My refrigerator has been leaking for the past 3 years and nothing has happened except for the maintenance guy showing up and wiping under the deli drawer. Broken dirty blinds (metal, school blinds no less!)plus mold on the ceiling make this place feel as cozy as can be. Parking is horrible as there are no assigned spots and the landscaping consists of dirt and patchy grass. I have since updated the broken light fixture in the kitchen from middle school cafeteria to a nice flush mounted fixture and replaced all the blinds with pleated shades as well as installed a storm door to prevent the cold wind from coming through the front door. As a thank you upon move out I received a bill for 10 days of electric when I wasn't living there and a $25 restoration fee for electrical service. What a joke. Renter beware!
