Granted I'm sure going to any chiropractor could have given me results, but it's so great not having weekly head pains. I can honestly say he did an amazing job, and very personal- really striving to make a personal connection and getting to know you. He also helped me really learn how muscles in your body are connected, and sitting a certain way or injuring something in your back for example can escalate into pains in your neck. I've also tweaked muscles while lifting, or pulling muscles and it's incredible how helpful adjustments can be. And also helping me learn better ways to lift or the correct postures/positions so that it won't happen again.
