We just sold and bought our new home with Lauren. We knew we'd be a contingent buyer and were nervous that we could pull it off. I can't rave enough about Lauren! From the moment I contacted her to tell her about some homes we were interested in purchasing, until the day we closed & got our keys, Lauren was a complete blessing. We unfortunately, had been working in the beginning of the year with another realtor. Things were falling through the cracks and we were being outbid constantly. I just didn't feel our realtor had our best interests at heart. In fact the day we wanted to make an offer on two homes, our original realtor wasn't responding.
