I have done physical therapy which helped some and I've tried medications but ultimately that's just managing the symptoms when they occur instead of helping to prevent them or lessen their frequency. Several friends recommended that I try a chiropractor, Dr.D in particular and I'm really glad that I did. In the time that I've been a patient my back pain has become much less severe and in fact is nearly gone right now and I feel confident that the next time my back acts up it will be much more manageable with Dr.D's help. I also talked to Dr.D about my headaches that I have had pretty much my entire life (my official diagnosis is chronic headaches) a couple of times per week and I'm absolutely elated to report that after having him work on my neck a bit I have only had two minor headaches in the last MONTH! That's huge for me. If you have ever though about trying chiropractics I can now say that I recommend that you do! I can also say that Dr. Dahlkamp is very professional, very friendly and really listens to his patients. The office is very spacious and very comfortable as well and they have nice equipment.
