Amy at american driving challenge is nothing short of a nut job. she made me cry every lesson that i did with her and told me i would never pass the test (i passed with only two points off). additionally, she encouraged reckless driving and did not make me feel safe or confident behind the wheel. she took person calls during the lesson, one being to a social worker who she was arguing with to get food stamps. i implore anyone seeking drivers ed lessons to steer clear of american driving challenge.

after not the most encouraging surf lesson with another local school, i decided to check out…read morecentral coast surf school. in coordinating with the owner, he promised me a beginner group session with a female instructor as that is what was best fits my needs. the morning of, two hours before my lesson, he contacted me and tells me he can't get ahold of any of the instructors and had to cancel the lesson. he attempted to reschedule for another day but it conflicted with my work schedule. he seemed like a nice enough a guy but after this blatant display of unprofessionalism and unreliability i elected to get a refund, which was granted.
