We went during winter and it has such a communal and welcoming atmosphere. The two women who run the restaurant were very patient with us in explaining dishes, and even stayed open past their hours and stayed to chat with us. Such a positive experience. We often eat here and every-time we get a very personal and friendly experience. Poseidon is one of the best looking restaurants you could get in Erlangen. It also offers a nice open air area with a bar. They have a very nice variety of starters, which are perfekt to share. Our favorite dish here is Calamari with tomato rice. Salad and Fish here are incredible fresh and tasty. But also the plates with grill meat are fantastic and will definitely not disappoint you. So make a reservation and give Poseidon a shoot.
