The office is informal. The accountants are "laid back" in terms of personality, and they have a focus on extremely accurate tax preparation which is to say they maximize legally deductible expenses, but only to the point where red flags are not raised by the IRS. I highly recommend them, especially for small to medium business which is a specialty of theirs.

I was looking for a new account and was in the process of interviewing them. In this process I had email and phone communications and it became clear that Tracy would not be the right fit for me as an account. During this time she never performed any accounting services for me. I thought the experience with Tracy was over and I could move on to the new account I found who is wonderful. Unfortunately I received an invoice charging me hourly for the conversations we had. Tracy never talked about fees or charges during our communications so I was stunned to receive an invoice from her. So I reached out and said the same to which her response was she was going to send me to collections. As I said there were no communications during our conversations about an hourly rate or how she charged so I was stunned and let her know that if I was being forced to pay for conversations I never agreed to pay for I would be posting a review to let others know so they do not have the same experience.
