The washing machines worked well, but the dryers didn't get the clothes dry. Probably due to the lint traps and vents not getting cleaned out often enough. Queue of people waiting since the ones before them kept adding more time (and money) to run the dryers longer. When we first arrived, the manager stopped by on her bicycle and talked to us about settings to use and expected wait time. She was friendly and helpful, to us, but it would have been more helpful if she had gone in the back of the machines to check the lint filters. read more

My husband & I have been traveling throughout Europe for about 2wks. With 2 more weeks to go we needed laundry done. We were staying at the Rosa Grand Milano so the location was not walking distance however you can take a quick taxi or train ride, I did the taxi. Heads up, this is nothing like how we would do In the states. It's a small place, 3 washing machines and 2 dryers. The nice lady in there doesn't speak English (google Translate to the rescue) but clearly gets traffic from the local hotels and easily guided me to put my laundry in the machines how I like. She has the supplies so you don't need to bring unless you have specific detergent requirements. After you put it in, you leave because she dries it and folds it for you. I ran around the city a bit and came back before closing at 6pm to pick up my things. BRING CASH , she does not take card. read more

Luckily very close to our hotel. We were in Italy for 2 weeks in December, and have been in Milan for 5 days already. The hotel concierge have spoken to the owner the day before we went, to ask for prices, and whether we can leave our laundry and pick them up later during the day. Took off 1 star because they were closed when we got there (after hauling a week worth of clothes). They were supposed to have opened already. We had to go back to the hotel, had the concierge call the place again, etc. The owner said someone's inside, but the metal gate was still down and we waited for a good 20 minutes before leaving. We went back 30 mins later, and they were open then. The attendant was very personable. Spoke Spanish, which made communicating easier. Got the job done. Very close to our hotel. Had a very good experience with this business. The owner of this business has all the necessary items to wash your clothing. You don't need to bring your laundry supply. Just bring your dirty clothes. And they will wash and fold your clothes. Just remember bring CASH. My hotel did not have any self service laundry. Feels great to have clean clothes again. read more

Had a very small load of washing cost €7.80 to wash and dry, had to wait ages to use the dryer as they only have two, then when I did get to use the dryer my cloths were still damp and the owner wouldn't let me continue because she wanted to go home, then when I was leaving she tried to make me pay again when I paid her at the start, don't know if they are trying to scam tourists here. read more

Really kind staff and very efficient local spot. I was having trouble finding a good place in the city and stumbled across this little whole in the wall laundry service. Thank goodness I did! The staff are all very kind and the pricing is not awful, considering that doing laundry in Europe is not typically cheap. nothing like in the states. I would recommend this place to anyone - I bring my own detergent and softener and typically do two loads and they handle the transfer from washing machine to dryer and then organized all my things for me before pickup.
