You choose your service (fast, slow etc) and the guy gives you detergent and fabric softener, and as you wait for your load to finish (around an 2 hours for the non-rapid service) you sit in the really cool bar area and drink. There's also a terrace out back where you can get food, tables where you can sit and work and charge your phone etc, and the decor is really cool. Quite possibly coolest place I've been in this harsh world we live in. Can't wait to have more laundry to do!

Love the atmosphere, low hum of conversation, white noise from the machines, all the neon, and make it a point to stop in when I'm in the neighborhood for dinner. About as authentic a São Paulo experience as you'll find.
