The Lagrein grape is native to the valleys of South Tyrol. It is a nicely balanced tannic red wine. The wine prices are very reasonable. For starters we shared a salad. For main courses I selected the Lamb chop special and my wife ordered the Goulash. Both dishes we wonderfully prepared. For dessert we shared the apple strudel. It's is also a good place if you want to have some après-ski fun after a skiing day before dinner. Keep in mind you can't expect real après-ski in Arabba.

Service is friendly and quick. Tonight my friend and I had the mushroom soup again and shared a calzone which was humongous. It couldn't fit on one 14 inch plate (see pic) So glad we shared it!
