I booked an appointment three weeks in advance, only to have the experience become unnecessarily difficult from the start: * She immediately told me how overbooked she was and was complaining like I was bothering her and that she didn't have availability for three weeks -- so I booked the only slot she offered three weeks out. * Required full payment upfront via Venmo on the day of booking. * Eight hours before our scheduled appointment, she texted saying she had lost her keys in her camping gear and couldn't make it. * Every reschedule option she offered conflicted with my schedule as a visiting RVer. * After I requested a refund, I was completely ignored for 24+ hours. * Only after I mentioned I would post reviews with screenshots did she finally respond. * She then claimed the Venmo refund would take 7-10 business days (which is not how Venmo works). * When I asked for clarification on the delay, I was ignored again. Ultimately, this feels like Divine misalignment. I would never want someone who seems comfortable holding onto my money (and making the process this difficult) putting their "hands of lies" on me.
