She's helped me go from a buzzed cut up the back of my head to long hair, helping me through the challenging stages along the way. She even nursed my hair when I lost quite a bit due to surgery. The ladies in the front of the store also know their products. They listen to what I need, and always help me find the right product. Not easy for fine, colour treated hair, with scalp issues.

The amazingly friendly manager who helped me not only gave me valuable advice, she let me try the dryers, and didn't try to coerce me into getting the most expensive one. She was very attentive and took the time to listen to my questions and provided me with thoughtful advice. I honestly really enjoyed my experience. And on top of that, my first use of the dryer was fantastic, plus I know they have my back if something goes wrong in the first year (I doubt shoppers would have told me about any warranty). It's non-greasy, works well on my skin type and has a lovely scent with no heavy perfumes. The lip balm is terrific as well. They are $3.99 each and come in different yummy flavours like Wildberry, Pear, and Key Lime Pie. The reason they don't get 5 stars is that it looks like they reformulated their lip balms. I was at the Westboro Pharmsave in Ottawa recently prepared to buy a new Bee by the Sea lip balm and I read the ingredients and it looks like the new ones contain soybean oil. I'm not a fan of soybean oil :( I'm going to have to try to find some old formulation ones! Hopefully they go back to their old formula. You can buy their products at their store in Orillia, at their online store, or at various different retailers that carry their line.
