They do not understand English. Their credit card internet was not connected, each time they tapped my card it came back saying - no connection- front manager kept trying to saying broken English Card NO GOOD, Card No GOOD....... after 10 minutes they went to the Milwaukee PC next door the young man comes over and hooked them up to his wifi. The massage was below par, if you need immediate help, with pain because you can't get in someplace else it would work if you're in a bind. I'll look for better trained therapist when I'm back in the area. read more

Vaseline and unwashed bedding...... Came in for a 1 hour foot massage and left feeling good but the more I sit with the experience, the more I'm just not sure I'll be returning. The woman did not speak English, and when I tried to ask questions I was cut short with a "Yeah, Ok". I left my clothes on and I'm glad I did. She started with my face and I was a little taken aback by the smell of what she was using during the massage but it's my first time at this facility. As I was laying there I wondered, for such a small facility I would expect to hear a washer going or new sheets being snapped open when the customer in the next room left, but it was quiet. After my massage I got up to get dressed and noticed 2 things that have left a bad taste in my mouth..... One being the large jar of Vaseline on the table. Was I just massaged with straight Vaseline, no oils or relaxing scented mineral oils? The other thing that raised concerns was the container of Baby powder or Shower to Shower that was tucked behind the door so that when the door was OPEN, it wasn't visible. I'm sorry... Did I just lay in someone else's sweat and massage juices? No.... that's not possible, IS IT!?!?!? I left in good spirits because who wouldn't after having someone rub your feet for an hour? However, I think I'll pass. Cleanliness is the HIGHEST IMPORTANCE in a facility of this nature and I don't think they're really in the business of providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience for their client. The bottom dollar is more important. read more

My first impression was to turn around and get back in my car. The rug was spotted with stains and dirty and the sitting areas had dirty bowls and empty wrappers with chip and munchie bags all over including dirty paper napkins. The lady was very nice but, I could not understand her. She put me in the massage chair while I was waiting and then came back out shortly after and put me in a room. The breaking point for me was when I went to the restroom and there was no running water or soap in the sink to wash my hands. There was hand sanitizer. So, my thought was......they cant wash their hands in between clients after having direct contact with someone's skin. Nope! I ran out the door. read more
