The service was amazing and the young lady that did my nails was a perfectionist which I appreciate greatly. I have sensitive skin and usually end up with nicks on my fingers when they rush. First time customer as were many others. Techs take their time and offer so many wonderful options for pedicures. They have a loyalty card so you get credit for every $30 you spend. I would recommend if you're looking for a nice, friendly & clean nail salon. read more

Its o.k. not the best. Not the worst. Definitely not the friendliest. Possibly it's just a language barrier. One of the other ladies that commented said she thought they offered everyone but her water because she was black. Not so. I had the same experience. I'm white. It just depends on who you get as your manicurist. I got a pedicure and manicure. The lady took one look at my feet and visibly and audibly reacted "eeew". Lol. I do have an ugly toe nail. But I'd think they'd be more professional than that. The manicurist spent minimal time on my hands. Very minimal. I was not impressed. Also very annoying...its February 10th....CHRISTMAS MUSIC IS PLAYING! it gets pretty old for me after Christmas day...and extremely annoying for 2 hours on February! Its bothering the lady next to me also! Its torture!! The pedicure ended up being "o.k." nothing special. We both complained nicely about the christmas music. Owner just laughed....nice shop...convenient....just wish they were a bit more helpful and user friendly. read more

I went to have a refill and was very disappointed. I chose a neutral pink color and it wasn't the same as in the book so I asked them to take it off and restart...they had the rudest attitude ever! I chose a new color and to be honest I don't think the girl knew what she was doing! All under my nail is the acrylic powder caked on and it won't come off! All around my finger is the powder as well which isn't coming off! The shape of the nail is supposed to be square but it protrudes out from the sides! So a refill is usually about 35 right? They charged me $50! I was so upset I started crying aardvark left no tip! I wIll not be going back to the establishment again! read more

This was my first visit to this nail spa. I moved here from California and the nail spas are so different here. I made an appointment for 2:30 and was greeted and seated on time for my appointment. I wanted a mani/pedi, which I usually get as a combo in Cali. Unfortunately, they do not have that type of service at this salon. The technician was okay. He wasn't very talkative at all. My pedicure was ok, as well as my manicure. I noticed others customers were asked if they wanted water. However, I was not asked by my technician if I wanted water. Maybe, because I am a black woman, who knows. About 5 or 10 minutes later, another tech asked if I wanted water as he was asking other customers if they wanted water. I didn't tip this guy, mainly because his services were above and beyond for what I paid for. Most nail shops expect you to tip no matter what kind of service was provided. I expect more for my money. I didn't like the vibe there and did not feel welcomed. Will not go back to this place. Montgomery is a small town and not too nice to black folks, just saying. Would not recommend this place if you are looking for high quality customer service, while being black! read more
