Easy to figure out, even without speaking French. Card reader makes it a breeze to utilize the machines and also purchase detergent. The instructions/card machine has changed from the ones pictured from another reviewer, there are no English instructions. If you feel you may need help, be sure to have a translation app. I think I should have made my loads smaller and that's why my clothes don't feel as clean as they should, so keep that in mind. It did take a medium and high heat cycle to get my clothes *mostly* dry. Worth the time and short walk, will be going again before I move on to the next leg of my trip!

They also get bonus points because I dropped off a shirt yesterday that had mysterious grease spots on it and they'll try to take care of it - if they can't, it's free of charge!
