Dont go for the monthly specials as they suck and results are very disappointing! I bought into micro-needling package and found out while getting treatment that you really need to have your blood drawn and spun to then put on your face while getting this treatment to get good results.What a disappointment this was for me and then I found out that they will not allow you to pay for this extra to add on since I purchased the package. I have been going to LaVida since 2011 for my spa services. The spa is very clean, front desk staff is prompt and courteous, and the spa is beautiful. This is the only place I trust for my Botox and other facial treatments. They continually attend training on new treatments and procedures, so they offer only the treatments that pass their scrutiny. They have added new treatments and I use them for my B12/lipo shots. At one point in time, I was getting them twice a week for a medical condition I was struggling with, and was able to purchase packages of treatments to save $$$. I just can't say enough positive things about this place. And the fact that all of the estheticians are licensed says a lot. They won't try and sell you something you don't need, and they also won't over do a treatment to follow "trends". They are true professionals that just love their job. read more

So.. my boyfriend made a massage appointment due to me having stress and just relaxation, we were going out of state on a airplane(which I made major anxiety and scared) for business. The ladies in the front are amazing and so nice, and helpful(I apologize on not getting their names) they direct me to take a seat and when they are ready will come get me. I didn't wait long at all and was taken back where I met ROSE! Rose was the best she asked me how I would like my massage and told me about a special technique alled Riki I think that's how it's spelled, but just put my body and my mind at ease, made me feel so comfortable and just a huge weight and stress was quickly lifted off of me and I was able to be in RELAXATION. If I could describe in one word describing ROSE.......Unbelievable! She is nice and so accommodating to my needs and we had a great conversation. Love her and can't wait to go see her again. I came into the spa for a lip filler treatment. I was greeted by a sweet cute girl named Rachel and she was extremely helpful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The office was clean yet had a cozy vibe to it. The best part was the doctor was extremely knowledgeable, this wasn't my first lip treatment and still I felt like I had learned something leaving. I had one syringe of Juvederm injected on my lips about one month ago with Rae. Before the procedure I have told the injector I would like to reduce the difference in size between my upper and lower lip due to the fact that naturally my upper lip is a lot smaller and hidden comparing to the lower one. After the procedure, the size difference is even more noticeable. My lower lip is bigger while the upper one remained basically the same. I also got numerous white spots on the upper left side and several lumps on the lower left side, well below the lip line which makes that side appear bigger. From the position of these lumps it looks like the product was iniected a lot lower, deeper into the tissue. One the upper right side, near the Cupid's bow there is some sort of mass and it is noticeable when I smile. I assume more product was injected into this area which makes it look uneven compared to the left side. Overall a bad experience and I do not recommend this injector. read more

I've been here for spray tans, massage, and just today for a medical skin treatment. My spray tans have always been great--long lasting and natural looking on my fair skin. My massage was very enjoyable and professional. And today, my appointment with Muschi was excellent. I read the review from last month and had a completely different experience. Muschi was patient, talked me through everything (I am new to the world of any skin treatments and got IPL and a laser treatment for broken capillaries around my nose). She is great at injecting and minimizes the hurt. She has also been very helpful with suggestions when I have issues and questions. This place deserves zero stars. Believe it or not, I use to be a loyal customer for years until they messed up on my face with a facial gone wrong and a dermaplane gone wrong. My face ended up reacting really bad to the facial and I let the girl know it was burning. She took off everything on my face. Then did the dermaplane and cut off my widow's peak and part of my hair. They were not sorry about it. I told them nicely that I have very thin hair and it is hard for my hair to grow due to medical problems. They said, Oh you should have known that. Before deciding to go through with it. Excuse me? I paid for a dermaplane, not a hair cut. I tried one more time to go to La Vida because I was a loyal customer but the response was sorry we are overbooked even though you made a waxing appointment. Overall bad customer service. My whole family used to come here. Not any more. So extremely disappointed in this place. read more
