The front desk staff is extremely rude, to the point of visibly ignoring you. They will discuss you and your business with other patients. They do not have an EPIC machine, only a fax, so good look getting your results to the lab on time. Their staff is unhygienic, with long nails, ill kept clothes, loose hair, no name tags, and completely unprofessional. You would have to possess negative empathy to work at this location, as they actively seemed to enjoy watching my elderly mother suffer. This will be a medical nightmare that I will never forget. Go to ANY other location than this one (Woods Lake Greenville location); you have been warned.

Other times that I have an apt. I'm seen within minutes. You can't complain about staff laughing. They may actually enjoy their job. I am always met with respect and great attitudes. I also have always been stuck in the arm with precision. They take care of me and there is always small talk. It's hard to believe the bad reviews. You need to visit yourself, then leave a review. I will continue to visit Quest for my care.
