I wouldn't have minded spending my money here instead, however, she told me they were about to close and so I asked if perhaps she knew of the other beauty supply store that was around here, the original one I missed took this one for. She told me " I'm the only black owned beauty supply in this area." ...ma'am you're also about to close, so what good is that going to do me? She kept trying to lean in on being the only black beauty supply as if that was supposed to deter me from shopping anywhere else which didn't make any sense so I tried asking again and explaining that I had been there already and I just took this place for that one because it was in a similar plaza and I know it's nearby because it's on the same street... She had an attitude with me and was unnecessarily condescending in her overly animated reply as if it cost her anything to answer a question. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone coming here. Matter of fact, I would stop them outside and redirect them to the next beauty supply down the street if I saw anyone walking in here a bad attitude can really hinder a business

Years ago they were much better and they were at least considerate and nice! Now most of the employees in the pharmacy have an attitude or seem to judge you for the medication they dispense to you! What i am prescribed is unfortunate but I need it so that I can have a normal life and I can continue to work as hard as I always have! But every month this place gives me hell either they only have a very small portion of what is prescribed to me so they make me waste my gas and time having to go to them twice and what in their lines that they love making you wait forever since no one seems to care about our time there or they tell you their CALCULATOR KNOWS BETTER since us as patients CANT COUNT! The cashier was helping a customer with a lengthy transaction so I waited patiently.. I noticed a seated staff on the floor stocking a shelf behind the cashier counter ! I was about to ask for assistance when the cashier gave her instructions to help a customer who was also standing at the side of the counter !! Ok so I just stood and pacing to be noticed that I needed help one way or the other!! Other customers came in and were greeted welcome by the cashier even when she was still doing the transaction!! At this point after in line for 15 minutes waiting for the transaction before me finished there were already 2 customers behind me! When my turn came I inquired on which cream hair dye would she recommend.. I was rudely pointed to the shelf display that was against the wall and this old lady called out the next customer !! I went in looking for foil gel because the one I previously purchased from Nail Bling never seemed to work properly. I simply wanted some help--whether that was product recommendations, troubleshooting, or basic instructions on how to properly use it. Unfortunately, the young lady at the front couldn't explain how to use the foil gel, couldn't tell me if I might be using it wrong, and offered no real guidance at all. When I politely asked if the employee in the back might be able to help, since she may have more experience, I was told, "Sorry, she's on the phone," instead of anyone actually making an effort to assist me. As a long-time customer, this was incredibly disappointing. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--just customer service and product knowledge from a store I've supported for years. Instead, I felt dismissed and unimportant. After reading recent reviews, I can now see I'm not the only one who feels this way. Nail Bling's customer service has clearly gone downhill.
