He called a few days later saying he couldn't make the agreed date so we rescheduled for that weekend. The morning of he called and said he would be at the property in a few hours because he had to pick up a crew member. We waited at the property for 2 hours after the agreed time. Texted him if he was still coming and said he was on the way. We were annoyed at this point. Why set a time and don't show up til almost 3 hours later? When Mark and a crew member did show up, he's in basketball shorts and crocs. I'm thinking, okay, he'll change into something more fitting to do the job and his one crew member (in all denim like he's headed to a party later). We also realized Mark didn't have the machine to remove said trees or level the land we agreed upon. Annoyed isn't the best description at this point. When we explained (again) what we wanted done he wanted more money on top of the negotiated price. Also mentioned that he could go rent a Bobcat, which would cost us more money when he said he had all the tools he needed when we first reached out to him. The gentleman in the all denim started working on one of the trees. He did most of the work while the Mark stood there and talked about basketball. As I was watching them, I told Mark to just cut down the tree as low as he can and leave. It was so pointless at that moment to keep them there on our land. We wasted a few hundred dollars on something we could have just done ourselves. What a joke! Stay away from this company and save your money.
