I was fairly impressed with curb which was installed and the young gentlemen who installed it. Unfortunately the experience was ruined when I had to deal with the owner who was very unprofessional and immature. He failed to show up toh the intial meeting, was horrible at returning phone calls, and when i had called to voice my concern in our 1 month old curb, which was already cracking, he became irate, told me "you can send me pictures, but it is what is and I won't do anything about it", and then proceeded to hang up the phone on me. The curb was quite expensive, and I'm sure someone can understand my concern in it being a month old and it already has 12 cracks and two pieces are completely cracked all the way through and I can physically pick them up and move them away from the curb. I was told none of this should happen, and this curb will with stand our Manitoba weather conditions and bumps, none of which have happened. My faith that this curb will even last through 1 winter and summer ground and weather change is very little.
