In May, Brian redesigned the islands in the front yard with beautiful deer-resistant plants and trees as well as adjusting the irrigation system to accommodate the new plants. they built a beautiful trellis with Amish swing in the back yard and created a new space with weeping cherry and rose bushes. Please Please Think VERY HARD before hiring Lawngevity Landscaping in Hampstead, Especially Greg, unless you can afford to lose thousands of dollars, They spent 1 1/2 half day at our project, first day clearing out the brush{left all root matter as well; all old weed mat. Never cleared a clean line of the brush. He just kept telling my husband no problem we will get to it??? He also dug up our irrigation which he said he would have on in a week. That run is the back of a U. I cannot put my sprinklers on at all, I have had to contract others for the irrigation @ a cost of $1100.00. We are trying not to lose all of our trees, grass and beds.Greg could care less. He with his machine cracked our well pipe and told his 1 1/2 half a day of work employee to tell us he would fix it tomorrow. Ya Think?? That would leave us without running water and no toilets., After this his man now hits our sewer line and we had to pray that was not broken.None of these are even close to the work area. Now the next time he comes is for a half a day to dig the trench, and then leaves and says he will be back on Friday.our straight fence has not been moved yet to allow Greg easy access. The trench: Crooked as you can imagine, he never measured off the fence one edge is 82" off the fence the other end is 96 inches off the fence, and it is filled with root matter coming out of all dirt walls like you could not believe. I could go on but: So we gave him $7,000.00 deposit, he gave us 1 1/2 days and caused so much more damage, irrigation, need to get all root matter out, trench needs to be done over properly. When I called his office which was twice in 4 weeks and lie after lie about when he would be showing back to our job., I asked to speak to Greg, after I tried to text him with no answer until 5-6 hours later. His girl says both times he is not in the office, so I ask to speak to the other partner Brian ,again she says he is not in either while he was sitting right next to her..I did yell and scream at her, I had just fell in the ditch and had a swollen knee, had to get X-rays, and MRI, waiting for results. So yes I was upset. Next 5-6 hours later Greg texts to me that I was abusing his staff, that I was swearing and treating her badly, which Of course I wasn't. Brian even told my husband he heard the whole call and did not hear me swear or threaten anyone. So is Greg lying again? Out of our $7,000.00 we gave Greg, which he cashed in a hurry, Greg decided to give us back $2020.00 less than aa third, he kept over 2/3rds for 1 1/2 day, never bought any materials, never cleared all stated in contract, and only dug a crooked 90 foot trench to give us a crooked paver wall?? I have many pictures if anyone would like to see them, or you all could even stop by to help with your decision. It will be well worth your time. Or better yet instead of believing these 13 reviews ask him for personal references with real phone number. Just please either tell him to hit the road or never sign up a large project with this company ever and if you hire Greg, then do not agree to let this con man get so ahead of you with money. Oh yes I forgot, ask him how many men does he have as a crew? We only saw one for an $18,000.00 job. One workman! I could continue, but what's the use, Greg from Longevity Landscape is just a con man, if you let him, your money will be in his pocket, without him looking you in your face .Professional con man Greg.
