For what should have been a weekly service, my yard went a day short of three weeks without being cut which made my property look incredibly unkempt in the summertime. Now days after service, my grass is now turning brown in the hot sun for how short it was cut. Clippings were blown into my pine-chipped flower beds and up onto the siding of my house. One of my flowerbeds was run over with the mower and two verbena plants were cut down to nothing. When asked what they could do to remedy my dissatisfaction, they simply agreed to cancel my service.
