He was polite, patient, communicative, and tried to understand my situation. I appreciated his professionalism. That said, the PPO case against me was dismissed--but only because I hadn't contacted the petitioner in 1.5 years. It was clear from the start that this case was going nowhere, yet I still wasted my money and time. The judge didn't even give my lawyer the chance to properly defend me against the false allegations. Compared to other firms I've worked with, like Julian J. Poota PLLC and Rabaa & Nachawati PLLC, my overall experience here was far less professional and reassuring. Attorney Anderson deserves credit, but my overall impression of Abood Law was not the best.

Hands-down, the worst experience I have went through. This man within a five minute conversation, made it somewhat clear to me there was nothing that his company could do and that he didn't care to know the details of my situation. I then called back to speak to a supervisor and Mr. Jeff took it upon himself to raise his voice at me and inform me that I have to listen to him and he would then let a supervisor know that I wanted to have a discussion. This gentleman puts people who are in highly stressful situations in worse headspace and does not deserve a position at this law firm unless that is the quality of support they represent for themselves as the complete law firm.
