I retained Bradley Erdman at Mirabella, Kincaid, Frederick & Mirabella, LLC (MKFM Law) for a child custody and financial enforcement case. On March 4, 2026, during an active custody status hearing, I asked him a few standard, clarifying questions about the court process and our strategy for enforcing a major financial judgment. Instead of answering me, Brad became completely dismissive and abruptly withdrew as my attorney right there in open court. He left me completely unrepresented in front of the judge during a critical moment in my custody case. A family law attorney is supposed to be your advocate during highly stressful times. Brad Erdman proved that if you ask questions or expect clear communication, he will cut and run, leaving you entirely exposed. I am now filing a formal grievance with the state disciplinary commission. My I-485 was filled with biographic mistakes -- false criminal answers, mixed-up passport information, and missing names -- errors that damaged my credibility with USCIS. He failed to collect all of the joint-sponsor'srequired financial documents, which triggered a devastating RFE. During this crisis, he left the country without giving me any prior notice. I was not informed beforehand and while he was away , he ignored my messages, refused to release my file, and when I tried to retrieve it, he actually threatened to call security on me. Because of his negligence, I had to start over and spend more than $17,000 in total costs-including attorney fees, new filing fees, an new medical exam form, and other expenses- to repair the harm he caused. He advised he would write this letter; however, that did not happen at all. Perhaps he was too busy as he had pointed out over the phone. So, I decided to file in small claims court as he was no help at all and I needed to get things moving. I wrote to him and advised that I would be moving forward without the letter and he agreed that it would be a good idea. He recommended a woman named Audrey to serve the defendant and she has been an absolute nightmare. I honestly do not recommend either of them as this entire ordeal has been the absolute worst.

Anything that could be addressed in one hearing had to take 2 minimal with additional months as it wasn't addressed even with the prep. The opposing counsel was given confidential information I sent to the attorney in one instance. Another instance my child told me "mom's attorney said that your attorney told him you need anger management." This was discussed between my attorney in confidence and I and I do believe this was another instance where confidential info was discussed. One instance I vented about the constant delays and was told to "shut up" and my attorney hung up the phone. I went through a process over 3 years, at the tail end I discovered the opposing attorney had an office less than an eight of a mile from this firm so I do believe they were well aquatinted and this should have been disclosed to me as I would not have used them. Often times I felt like it was 3 against 1, the attorneys and my ex vs me. Stay away. Currently I have been trying to close my file and refund the balance of my retainer for months even though the divorce decree was issued in the fall. They made a bad situation worse.

Imagine getting ready for the Holidays and just one evening going about your lives and suddenly - almost as if blindsided by a freight train - find yourself being the true victims of somebody you once trusted's scorn and revenge - and scrambling on what to properly do next. Without getting into details for personal as well as professional reasons, think something along the lines of "a crazy person on those Lifetime movies out to get you" (yes, those situations DO HAPPEN). Not knowing what to do or where to turn, we were online the next morning looking for great attorneys. Never having ANY dealings with the law in our lives aside a few traffic violations, we had no recommendations; and were only able to read reviews on a few sites that came up via a search engine - we were led to DAVI LAW and were recommended "Rina". Within a half hour of our initial phone call, Rina returned our call and spoke with us for upwards of 20 minutes, not even yet being our official attorney. Being nervous wrecks, Rina helped give us some calm just with that initial phone call, and within 48 hours we were able to meet with her in office. She couldn't have been more friendly, down to earth, honest, and straightforward. Throughout our tenure, Rina communicated with us many times - emails, phone calls, even a visit to our house once. We must stress she did not charge for phone calls or emails like some lawyers do, and we felt her pricing was very fair. Each time we spoke with her, we felt a bit calmer and more reassured. As time went on, Rina and ourselves also worked with a colleague of hers named Chuck Rohde who was also equally as kind and professional as well as thorough with communication aspects. We will also leave him the best review possible. Long story short, our holidays of 2016 from Halloween thru New Years were all but ruined aside the kindness and professionalism of Rina. The second week into January 2017, we learned our case had ended as the "plaintiffs" saw they could go no further having had '0' go their way for their side. We are certain Rina (as well as Chuck) had a lot to do with the success of the case. She is professional, friendly, kind, and her prices were fair.
