Worst action Company ever and every time you bring stuff in there you get ripped off of money

The true measure of any business is how they handle problems. I purchased an item recently which was described as "new" and it was not. Jack Lawson immediately owned up to the error and offered a very suitable remedy. It is rare today to find people with such High Integrity and business ethics. Worst auction company ever!!! Bad business practices. Talked my mother an 82 year old woman into auctioning off many of her antiques and other items, including a John Deer riding lawnmower and Kirby vacuum cleaner. They charged her $1.25 a mile to pick up the items, 30% auction commission, $20 an hour @ 6.5 ($130) for supposed man hours (really??) . In the end she was handed a check for $10.50. This is robbery. My mother attended the auction, he did not talk up any of the items (isn't this what an auctioneer does?). And when mailed the final auction notice many of the sold items were missing. Avoid this scandalous company. They take advantage of the elderly. read more
