I contacted the owner Yasmin and requested a $160 refund for the last cleaning because the service I paid for was not provided. The owner refused to issue any refund . I found the company to be very unprofessional. They charged my credit card for a cleaning that, in my experience, was not completed as promised. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. The company is a thief, they take money from your card and do not provide the service they promise. Worst cleaning company ever!!!

For instance, we never said or hinted at leaving a review (much less a "false" one) if we didn't get December services for free, this is categorically false. Lior has the video recording of our conversation, if we said that its on video. Lior would never be able to prove we said this because it's just a straight out lie. We also made sure all invoices were paid before we cancelled the service. I don't want to put too much into this response, but just look at the owner's unprofessional and toxic behavior in his response including attempt doxxing and trying defame my name with a completely unrelated situation. I've never had to deal with this level of unhinged abusive behavior over a single negative review, His behavior speaks for itself. If you're considering his service, please beware of the risks and learn from my experience. Trust me when I say you don't want this drama.
