Prepaid for a deep clean, this woman took me on a drama-filled escapade of outright lies before she ever made it into our house to clean. Clean is the one thing she failed to do, however, she left her cigarette ashes on our bathroom floor and her butts outside of our door, dropped our AC by 10° and opened our windows, allowed her "abusive husband" (her words) to come into our home, her employee stole from us, they took the key resulting in a new door lock. Abd after two days and 10 hours access to the home, they didn't clean a single room! What ensued was basically I spent your money so you just have to sue me, even though I own absolutely nothing. I have already had another homeowner reach out to me over a social media site over my other reviews because they were also victims. She also lies about being from the island. She's from Wayne County.

First time was my fault, the last 3 she just didn't show up and didn't answer my texts. I guess her rescheduling was just buying her time because I asked for a refund several times. My last straw I gave her another opportunity she offered an additional hour plus 25% of my next cleaning and said it would never happen again, and of course it did. I guess stealing $150 was worth losing a loyal client. ​
