Unfortunately some copper pipe segments from the previous water heater were .misplaced. as a previously installed then removed water heater had a check valve that "Didn't go to anything" despite the copper pieces were sitting within the water heater compartment. Hence it's not a big deal as they were 2 small and insignificant pieces. We didn't appreciate the gesture though. Please be sure to have scrap copper pipes that originated at the worksite to remain at the worksite in the future. We assume it was a simple mistake. I have had two leaks and no heat 3 times in the last month and have been charged for a different issue each and every time and also treated extremely rudely by Andrew the company owner. I was transparent from the beginning and treated like garbage regarding payment and told to essentially freeze with no heat with two young children even though this company had made a payment agreement and never followed through regarding communication i was waiting on.
