LB Limousine ROCKS!!! We are super average people, but I hate airports and traveling. Navigating out of LAX or John Wayne and getting to our destination in Los Angeles is always incredibly stressful. On June 23, 2025 LB Limousine was taking me to the LAX leaving my house at 2.A.M. Fred the driver showed up five minutes early. The car was in pristine condition. We were on the 405 freeway within 13 minutes of LAX and all the Southbound lanes of the 405 were closed due to a multi car crash. Then the police sergeant trying to help was struck and killed. We were stuck waiting for the freeway to reopen for 2 hours. A helicopter landed on the freeway and there were multiple police cars. Fred stayed calm . LB limo already has a 5 star rating on Yelp, so this may all be redundant, but it's still worth saying. We had a fantastic experience with LB. They responded very quickly to my initial email asking for a quote and they were very upfront about everything that was and wasn't included. They also were very upfront and open about the fact that their drivers are all vaccinated and their cars routinely sanitized and masks worn. this was important to us and we appreciated the transparency. The price was right on point for the companies in the area. One was cheaper and a few more expensive, so really LB was right in the middle. I chose them over the cheaper one for the ease in communication. I called and setup our dates and just had to give them the name on my email and they already had all the details. My husband was on a super tight schedule for the day on his trip, so we really appreciated that the driver was already waiting both ways before my husband even got there. The cars were immaculately clean with a nice selection of refreshments as well. The driver, Arthur, was friendly and professional. It was nice also to have his contact information beforehand as well, even though we didn't need to contact him. It did take some of the worry away. The Best There Is! We use LB Limo whenever we travel; no one else compares to them. They communicate really well with you for the time you book your car, to reminders a couple of days prior and the day of. The drivers always show up early and text you to let you know where they are. I'm always at ease when I use their service. Their cars are always spotlessly clean and well maintained, stocked with water and phone chargers (WiFi onboard), and the drivers are always polished and polite, helpful and accommodating. Communication and pricing when looking for airport transport was smooth and transparent to help us make a decision on how to move forward. While a little (and, really all things considered, it was not much of a big difference) more than an Uber Black SUV service, having someone show up scheduled and on-time (we could have prescheduled with Uber but then the price would have been the same; maybe more) and ready to help load all of our luggage was awesome. I used LB Limo three times during a week when we rented a home in Hermosa Beach with our three 20+ year old grandchildren and two of their friends. The first time was to meet three of the 'kids' at LAX and transport them to the AirBnB. Flawless. We don't usually use limo services but we were traveling with a 92 year old, a walker and extra luggage to attend a wedding. Not only that, but we were arriving late at night at LAX. LB Limousine was 1,000% professional. From my initial conversation to confirmation emails to the pick up, we were treated like royalty, something we are not accustomed to. I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. They are 100% professional. Their drivers are super polite and wear a nice suit and jacket. Both cars that I took were super luxurious with soft Black leather seats and nice wood grain trim. The cars are fully equipped with phone chargers and stocked with hand sanitizer and hand wipes , water bottles and even breath Mints. Patrick the owner makes the reservation process super easy and smooth. I had scheduled a 4:15am pickup but my flight was delayed by 90min . I didn't find out about the delay until 3:30am and I assumed the driver was already on his way. I texted him anyway just to see if he could come a little later and he said "I'm down the street from you but no problem I'll wait 45 extra minutes and then pick you up" So I had extra time to go back to sleep and get ready .... He didn't charge me anything extra ! I've used them twice now for airport pick up/ drop off and I will continue to use them. The driver was not only on time, but graciously called about 15 minutes out to ask if I needed a little more time and if it was all right if they knocked on the door. On the return trip, they got to LAX in time to adjust to whatever surprises Delta had in store.
