Peter was very responsive and flexible - making time to meet us during our short trip on Maui for the initial walk thru. We had a short window before flying out and he was right on time, friendly & professional, and provided a great quote. Knowing we don't live on Maui, he asked if we had someone who would meet them at the house on the day of hauling, asked for their contact info, and reached out to them himself to schedule the appointment. After the job was completed, he did a video walk-thru of the inside and outside of the house for us. Anytime we had a question, even after the job was done, he responded quickly and took the time to answer thoroughly. Cleaning out our uncle's house has been stressful and alot of work. He was also flexible with his timing and arrived earlier than the appointed time as he knew that I preferred it this way. He moved this very heavy heater by himself in an efficient and expeditious manner. Overall I was satisfied with the service performed and would use Haul Maui again.
