After I filled in the consent form, the practitioner has lead me to the treatment room. It was a very welcoming and cozy room with relaxing music playing in the background. The clinic itself looks stylish, luxurious, but in the same time very warm and familiar. I have been left alone for couple of minutes to get comfortable on the bed and waited for the practitioner to join me. (Worth mentioning that I am bad with names, and I forgot hers? ) For starters, the treatment takes 10-15 minutes and there is little or no downtime. So you don't have to worry about not being seen for a day or two after the procedure. The treatment started with a gentle face wash with a foaming cleanser to prepare the skin. Loved the feeling of the warm, wet gloves against my skin! So relaxing! Before applying the layer of the milk peel mixture, I am warned of slight stinging sensation after application, which wasn't unpleasant. And just after couple of minutes, I believe it was 2, the peel is removed, once again using the warm, wet gloves. A calming cream was massaged into my skin, which instantly made my skin feel better. Although a bit greasy, the cream is soothing and has a lovely scent. I was also given some of this cream as part of my post skin care. And I m done! My skin already feels cleaner and smoother. Will keep you posted with the end result. No make up for 24hours and there might be some shedding, been told. Not too much.

I bought a deal from groupon for 6 sessions of Diode Laser Hair removal at…read morethe camden branch and when I initially rang them to book my consultation, the lady on the phone hardly spoke any English and didn't really know what she was doing; and it seemed like she didn't know what I was talking about. I had to hang up and ring another day to speak to someone else. Most of these girls are very young and really don't know what they're doing along with hardly speaking any English. After booking my appointment I kept getting text messages from them asking to change my appointment but they didn't seem to know they were texting me, but still kept on changing my appointments around. I eventually had my first treatment where I was made to feel really uncomfortable with another lady sitting in on the appointment. For some reason they completely covered up my eyes so I couldn't see anything throughout the whole service, lying there in silence. My next appointment was booked in for 6 weeks later but their Diode machine had broken and no one even let me know. They were meant to call me on numerous occasions to let me know when it was fixed but each time I had to call them to find out what was going on. So I waited about 3 months for it to be fixed, by which time I turned up for my appointment and the lady told me the machine was broken again, and again no one even let me know. The manager was actually there that day and I said that I wanted my money back if they can't fix the machine b/cos clearly they can't provide me with the service that I have paid for. He initially agreed to this and he was going to call me when the engineer's had been in to let me know. I never received a call. I rang them to see what was going on with the machine and a girl on the phone confirmed that they no longer provide the Diode Laser treatment, so she put me on the phone with the manager which at this point outright refused to give me a refund. He kept trying to offer me other products and I argued with him over the phone for several minutes where I threatened to get legal involved and I even told him that I would leave a bad review but he didn't seem to care as he kept saying "We offer excellent service" and he just wasn't backing down. So I got in contact with groupon who eventually refunded me the full amount in groupon credit. Please avoid this place if you don't want an awful experience and be ripped off at the same time. I am also very dubious about all these 5* reviews... If you've been in there you'll know what I mean.
