The drivers out of this "Station"…read moreregularly skip making deliveries that require signatures, saying you weren't there, so they don't have to get out of the truck. I stay awake for hours (I work graveyard) waiting to sign for my refrigerated medicine, just to get a text saying the delivery was attempted. I've been sitting 3 feet from the door for 4 hours waiting for it, then look out the window to see the driver driving away. No door tag, obviously, since no attempt is made. Multiple calls to complain to FedEx don't accomplish anything, and I can't use a different carrier because the only pharmacy that ships my medicine only uses FedEx. I've lived in Golden 8 months, in 8 deliveries, 5 have been listed as "attempted to deliver", no attempt was made any of those times. Twice on a Friday, causing my express refrigerated medicine to go bad over the weekend. If your having any kind of important medicine delivered, these FedEx drivers might just kill you. Stay away from this store, too. If this is the "Station" as the FedEx customer service states, maybe losing business over their drivers unreliability (Amazon THIRD PARTY drivers have never done this), will actually make them do something about it.

She rolled her eyes a couple times at us and made us feel like we were a problem to her. We had to come back the next day to pick up our items and she was even more rude this day. There were some things different than the prints we had approved the day before, and she instantly blamed us and made sure to let us know it wasn't her fault. We needed to have it redone and she wasn't happy about it at all. After she fixed our item she just gave it to us and didn't say goodbye, thank you, or anything of that nature. She purposely turned around and started talking to a collogue to prove a point to us that she was done with us. We will take our business printings somewhere else.

Well, Leslie, I can tell you that I've been to this location and I'm 99% sure that the mean driver hailed from this place. Why? They seem to employ rude people, that's why. I came in here looking to mail out a package. I was greeted by a sweet woman (probably the ONLY nice person in the store) standing in the back. She was carrying some kind of cleaning product and she smiled at me. "She's on the phone," she said. "I'd help you but quite honestly, it's not my job and I don't know what to do!" She laughed, I laughed, and she sweetly walked away. After 5 minutes, this pissed-off looking woman got off the phone and approached me with a scowl on her face. She stared at me like, "What the hell do you want?" I asked if I could ship a package to Chicago by Christmas. I had a $10 off coupon, and I showed it to her on my phone. She took one look at it and, very, very curtly, said "No." She had a disgusted and disbelieving look on her face, as if I asked her to give me a brand-new Ferrari. "You have to print it out. No. No. I can't take this. No." She sniffed and looked away. I swear at that moment she felt that she was too high and mighty to be in the same room as someone who was using a -- GASP -- coupon!!! After a few moments of scowling and shooting me judgmental side glances, she gave me a quote. It was $62! What?! Needless to say, I took my package and went over to the post office, where I gladly paid $28 for the same service (from someone with an attitude that was much more pleasant!)

They have UPS packing and shipping. Plus, they sell cards, envelopes, pens, etc., there are multiple copiers, need a cc or you can pre-pay at cashier. They have all basic needs, highlighters, paper clips, staplers, etc., pretty much everything in office setting. They can do everything for you for a cost. Or, if you have time and/or patience to do it yourself. I had great experience there, with exception of not being warned and/or aware, how much it cost to have an employee vs. doing it yourself. Of course, I know there would be a premium...it was fairly hefty. I asked for one set of copies and I do not believe, copies exceeds, up to 100 pages. Truly, best guess it was closer to 50 pages and then some. There wasn't anyone in the store, it has been awhile, since I have even touched copy machine and asked questions (i.e., costs, whatever needed to count, how to use, etc.,) needed more assistance.

My wife's photo was rejected by the Passport Agent because it didn't meet the required standards (the image cut off part of her hair, which is not acceptable for a passport photo). We had to get a new photo taken at the post office in order to submit our documents. When we brought the rejected photo back to request a refund, we were told they do not issue refunds for passport photos--despite the fact that the issue was with how the photo was taken. For printing or shipping services, this location has been fine. But for passport photos, I would suggest going elsewhere where the staff is trained to meet the strict requirements.
