I have to say out of the numerous nail salons in the Frisco/Little Elm/Prosper area, I really enjoyed and prefer their work the best. The products used seem very quality, staff is nice, and cost is on par with areas. So why a 3 star review? Well, a friend and I decided to get pedicures and got the Loving Pedicure, which is not the bottom tier at all and everything felt rushed. It wasn't busy at all. So there was no line and people weren't waiting. But the massage, stubbing, etc was literally rushed through. Between me gen nails and pedicure, my tan was well over $100. So, that was disappointing. I have been going to LCS Nails for almost 2 years and have never had a bad experience. I'm always impressed that the staff knows so many of the regular customers names and makes new customers feel right at home. The services I receive (dip nails and gel pedicure) are always high quality. I can usually go 3-4 weeks without needing a fill. I've never had any of my nails break off (which was not the case at prior nail salons I've visited). The level of cleanliness at this nail salon is top notch. Now post COVID, they are even more cautious and clean (which I didn't think was possible). I've had my nails done by several people here, all top quality! Kelly does really great nails! I requested "mountain peak" shaped nails (a hybrid of Stiletto and almond) with nexgen gel nails and Kelly knew to add an extra layer of gel at the tip to keep them from breaking. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and they came out great! Tip: After quite a bit of research to find ways to make my nails last longer, I've come to believe that most lifting comes from bacteria building up between the acrylic and natural nail. I bought a boar bristle brush for nails which I try to use twice a day with antibacterial soap. read more

I went to this place based on the reviews for a last minute nexgen manicure. The inside is like a typical nail salon. The receptionist (younger with long burgundy hair) was extremely rude and dismissive- absolutely no customer service. I wouldn't be back because of her attitude alone. The technician that did my nails was rough and made me feel rushed. He was annoyed the whole time. He asked if I wanted tips, I said sure, but then he didn't ask what shape I wanted and proceeded to make them square. I asked for rounded corners and each nail is now a different shape or filed lopsided. I think this place has high reviews because people have a specific nail technician or are regulars. I would not recommend especially with the amount of nail salons Frisco has. Terrible experience from start to finish. read more

I changed to this salon after my usual pedicures began to be slightly undone. I measure the quality of a pedicure on the following: 1. The overall shape and trimming of my nails. 2. The absence of pain (cutting of cuticles). 3. Nail polish application 4. How long the nail polish lasts My first visit to this location was a five star experience. My nails were trimmed appropriately to prevent in grown nails on my large toes and there were no cuts to my cuticles. The polish lasted well over four weeks and looked perfect. (Note: Always do gel!) My second visit was the opposite. It was a nice visit, they sat me promptly and got to work. My first indication there was an issue was when she poured the alcohol mixture over my toes before polishing and it burned. Really burned! I was cut in several places on my toes. The next issue was that the nails were not cut short enough to prevent pain from wearing various different kinds of shoes from athletic to slip on ballet flats. One of my toe nails literally cut into the side of another toe after this visit. I've been getting pedicures done on a monthly basis in Frisco for almost five years. I have never had a cut this bad. My big toes I had to file and cut on a little myself to prevent pain. This is the primary reason I get pedicures as I just cannot seem to cut them in a way to prevent this and keep pretty toes. Moral of this story: Always know the name of your pedicurist! If I had realized they weren't all good I would have written down and requested the first person each visit. I am sorry to the business that I do not know who did my nails as I would love to help you be able to improve your services. I will be more attentive in the future. read more

I'm from Houston and my friend usually does my nails but, I didn't have time for her to do them before I came here. I was super hesitant cuz I'm very picky when it comes to my nails since getting ur nails done isn't cheap. Well I came here because of the reviews and I wasn't impressed at all. The customer service was eh. They didn't offer me anything to drink. I had to ask 2 times because they forgot the first time I asked. The lady was nice but she kept talking to the guy doing my pedi the whole time until he finished which was pretty annoying. I just wanted to relax quietly. My nails are too thick for my liking and my pedi wasn't that great. As an out of towner I don't recommend... Oh yea I forgot to say got the dip powder which I always get powder but the way she did them was weird. She literally dipped my fingers in the container of dip powder which doesn't seem very sanitary. I've never had anyone do it like that. read more

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman and then taken back for a manicure and pedicure. They really take care of everything and do wonderful with the details. I loved this place! My nail tech, Kay, did such a great job. They have great service, and they have a variety of nail colors to choose from. This is a bit far from where I live, but I would definitely come back for a filling or a new set of nails. The nails I chose are Nexgen/Dipping and cost $35 excluding tip. The removal of your old nails/nail polish and extensions are included in the $35 price. If you want a special shape or really long nails, then they will charge extra for that. I got square shaped nails and asked for the edges to be softened. My color was M21. I love them so much and I highly recommend! read more

Schedule an appointment if you are getting pedis or next gen nails. This place gets busy fast. We couldn't get a same day appointment, so we made an appointment for the following day. We passed up at least 6 nail salons to come to this one. And it was worth it. Prices are actually really reasonable. It was around $50 for next gen (5 colors). I took my girls in there to pamper all of us. It's a smaller place then most of the other nail salons but it is also way more personable. We had a tech named Claire and another gentleman help us. I didn't get his name. But they both did amazing. We were so happy with our nails. My girls are 2 & 6 and they are more patient then most kids their age, but they waited for their turns and they got pampered for it! Happy to have found a new place after we moved. read more

Location and convenience: 10/10 I'm from out of town, but based on Yelp reviews, I chose this place. Easy to find, plenty of parking on a Saturday morning, and there was no wait. I called ahead to make sure (like 10 minutes). Service: 10/10 loved every single person that talked to me. I only remember Jenny's name, she did my fingernails. Manicure: I chose a dip nail process, I was talked into it after originally saying gel. Jenny got the man who seemed to be organizing everything to come explain to me the difference because his English is better and she didn't want anything lost in translation- much appreciated. Same price, but healthier for my nails and lasts longer without peeling up- can also expand my nail bed which is better for the marble design I requested. I don't think I've ever liked my nails this much, so I've never been sadder that I don't live near this nail salon. I do wish the marble was a bit more complex and contrasted but I'm okay with it. It's pretty. My pedicure was nice, love the massage part the most. I chose the 2nd to lowest priced one which Includes a hot stone massage. The massage lasted a good while, the only thing I would complain about is that I still feel some rough skin on my heel. I wish I had checked while there because I would like it removed. She was very nice and great at massaging my legs and feet, so I will still rate high for that. I know I'll be going to another salon in two weeks before my cruise, so my feet will get more attention then. Price: I paid $85 before tip. I'm fine paying that, I feel it's fair. One thing different here than anywhere else I've been, the girls told me exactly how much I would be paying at every step and with every request (design, shape, etc). I loved that because I've been hit with hidden costs before. A+ for that attentive service and making sure it's okay with me first. If I came back to Frisco, I'd come back to this place hands down. I stumbled on this nail salon while running an errand in the area. I've been getting a mani (nexgen) and pedi consistently every month for about a year and a half and haven't been impressed enough with a salon in order to make it 'my salon'. I bounce around every month hoping to find one that wows me. This one did! The front desk greeters were SO genuinely sweet and the technicians were just as sweet. My pedi was only supposed to be 30 minutes, but since i was already tied down getting my nails done (about an hour treatment), she didn't rush and spent 50 minutes ensuring the pedi was above and beyond. My nails are perfectly shaped. They even made sure i loved the color before they applied it on every nail. Definitely 5 Star + service. I went in for a pedicure with Andy because of the good reviews. I did not think the salon was very clean . I was also not impressed with the pedicure , I felt Andy didnt do a good job with the pedicure . I showed him how messy it was on one of toes and all he did was paint another coat and make it worse and also thick. I had to walk back in once I got out to my car because he also didn't remove the dry skin around my cuticles. I paid over $80 dollars. I wouldn't go back or recommend going to this place. read more

Wow I am utterly shocked rereading the reviews after going to LCS for the very first time. This was literally the worst pedicure/manicure experience I have ever had. From start to finish it was literally awful. To begin, My husband had set an appointment 5 days in advance for a mother daughter mani and pedi as a Valentine's gift to us. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and the lady at the front desk informed us that our appointment was 30 minutes later than my husband had booked. I didn't argue with her even though I was sitting next to my husband 5 days prior as he was booking the appointment. The technician that did my daughter's manicure and pedicure pulled her arms and legs like a rag doll. She was extremely rough with filing and to top things off, cut her finger. She did not apologize or acknowledge the she had cut her. She just kept on filing. This technician should NEVER be allowed to provide manicure/pedicure services to children if this is the way she is going to handle them. Also, if you don't want to provide manicure/pedicure services for children DO NOT have salon menu options specifically for children. This was the entire reason my husband chose this salon as it had "child" specific services on the menu. If all of this was not bad enough, my technician cut my toe and also decided to have a FaceTime conversation as she massaged my feet. You cannot make this up! Look, there are many good reviews on this business, and that is why my husband booked us here, but the experience was a nightmare. Maybe it was just a bad day for the business, but the lack of accountability regarding the experience leaves a lot to be desired. There is a nail salon on every corner in Frisco.
