When I first started receiving treatment at Reclaimed Mind, I was expecting nothing more than for them to provide the Micro-Current Neurofeedback. You probably aren't in the best of moods and we have all been trained to expect the worst at a clinic. Well, this was pleasantly different! This location is brand new and they build a big, shiny building to support the area. Pay attention when driving as even though it's big, it sits back a bit and you may drive by it (hint: road sign). Desk staff was extremely friendly. They have a wait-time board up that shows their wait time as well as for the surrounding IHC clinics in case you just need to be seen a little faster. That was pretty cool. It took less than 10 minutes to get taken back and the friendly experience continued. They took care of our patient and made sure his concerns were addressed as well as mom and dad's. They spent all of the time needed and we did not feel rushed in any way.

She mostly either looked down at her lap or just sort of stared at you. First we given the wrong kind of appointment it was supposed to be for medications not just counseling. They do not take our insurance but we decided to just paid for the first visit which was $180.00. It was like just taking that money and burning it, that is how bad the first appointment went. Maybe there other counselors and doctor are better but for a first impression the place is very bad. They made him a second appointment which we are cancelling for sure.
