The staff was cordial and professional. We were seated right away. They created the concept of a very long table to accommodate all of us. I ordered the scallops appetizer. It was very moist and delicate but not very flavorful on its own without the pancetta, herbs and other additives. Unfortunately, I do not eat pork, so I removed the pancetta which made it just a bit bland for me. The octopus was absolutely fantastic. It was tender, seasoned perfectly, and quite flavorful. I was highly impressed. I love octopus. The crème brûlée was also magnificent. Belgium stood true to offering the best crème brûlée I've ever had in my life anywhere else. The next time I am in Wavre, Belgium, I would definitely visit this restaurant again.

Also another thing, when they dropped the food they just dropped anywhere...
