Cute little bar with an intimate venue downstairs. Came here for some live music during our last night in Paris. All of the bartenders and staff were kind and welcoming and the band was great! Geraldine Delacoux had a beautiful voice that filled up the room with feeling. Other patrons were also pretty laid back. Not pretentious, not crazy, just there to have a good time.

The tiny jazz bar downstairs has a lovely atmosphere and the whole place would be lovely were the drinks not so inflated that they put you off even being there. I'd rather just pay to get in and then not pay 11 quid for a slightly rubbish cocktail... If you want to go, go early as it gets absolutely packed before the music even starts.

Stumbled upon this gem while touring around Paris. GREAT music. Crazy acoustics! Lots of fun.

Too expensive to be worth it. The mood is cool, until the giant bartender forces you to purchase the highly overpriced beverages.

Success on that score, but all too brief. Unfortunately, the venue was terrible. This place is obviously interested in collecting as many admissions fees as possible, and unconcerned about the safety of its patrons. The music area was jam packed, with standing room only, and people were literally pressed into one another to the point that it was not only impossible to move, but also difficult to breathe. . And the box office was still selling admissions! Apparently, there's no fire code here. It's super uncomfortable, but if you don't have a loved one to press your body up against, maybe this place is your cup of tea. My group left after about 15 minutes. Bottom line: great music, safety hazard, super uncomfortable and nerve-wracking. Do not recommend.

We got there early to line up, but were told by someone to wait across the street, which made things a bit confusing from the start. Once inside, there wasn't much direction or signage about where to go for the stage or where the band would actually be performing. We ended up upstairs kind of waiting around without clarity. When we finally found a spot, the view was pretty obstructed. People would stop on the stairs to watch, which ended up blocking anyone behind them, and the overall setup just didn't feel as smooth or well-organized as we expected (keep in mind this venue is mainly underground). That said, the music itself was great and the energy on the dance floor made it fun once things got going. The location--right by Notre-Dame Cathedral--also adds to the experience. Not perfect, but still a memorable night.
