Both of us and his brother-in-law, who was dining with us, tried a glass of cider and we all enjoyed it immensely. I had the rose, my husband had the brut, and my brother-in-law had the original. Besides the specialty crepes, you can build your own with 1, 2, or 3 ingredients. Although there are no strictly vegetarian crepes on the specialty menu, you can easily build your own.
