I regularly pass this bakery on my way to physical therapy or into Toulouse. I hadn't previously stopped in because parking can be difficult and I am often on my way somewhere. I went in on a Monday (they are open 7 days a week, a rarity with bakeries here). There was a nice selection of pastries, breads, and takeaway items for lunch. I bought several pastries for my husband: a tropezienne, chocolate eclair, custard slice, and a raspberry tartlet. The custard filling for the eclair and tropezienne was tasty and smooth.
